Conditions.
|
| Rentals:
1. Extensions of rental must be advised in advanced & will be subject to availability. 2. RENTER/ HIRER or their agent is the only one authorised to drive. 3. Fuel is not included when vehicle is rented. 4. Any traffic breaches & fees are the responsibility of the RENTER/ HIRER. 5. Cleaning charges may apply if the vehicle is returned in an unsatisfactory state. 6. The RENTER/ HIRER are responsible for any Windscreen/ Tyre damage. 7. Any accidents and/ or defect to be notified within 24 hours. 8. RENTER/ HIRER to meet the costs of any LOSS or DAMAGE outside the agreed areas and/ or agreed time of return. 9. RENTER/ HIRER to meet cost of any OVERHEAD damage, UNDERBODY damage and/ or WATER IMMERSION damage. 10. (a) NON-WAIVABLE EXCESS $A1,000.00 (One Thousand Dollars) on sealed roadways. (b) $A2,000.00 (Two Thousand Dollars) in all other situations.
Charters:
1. Please wait in hotel reception or outside, 5 minutes prior to pick-up time. 2. Pick up times when confirmed are subject to change - allow 5 to 10 minutes due to traffic conditions. 3. Tour commencement and termination times are approximate only and are from our depot. 4. Passengers should re-confirm their pick-up times 24 hours prior. 5. Overnight charters can be subject to additional charges for meals and accommodation. 6. We reserve the right to alter any itinerary without notice but with full consideration of your enjoyment. 7. Any damages and/or cleaning charges will be the responsibility of the group leader in the event the vehicle is left in an unsatisfactory condition. 8. Some tours may be operated by another appointed contractor who maintains the same level of service.
All our vehicles are "clean skin" non-sign written. Our team members are prepared to wear any company uniforms provided.
Cancelations:
Our policy regarding cancellations requires the cancelation of service to be made via e-mail to info@cairnsbuscharters.com. We will not accept cancellations by telephone. Your written cancellation request must be received within a minimum of 24 hours notice in advance of the service date, or a 100% cancelation fee is imposed.
1.1: Cancelation within 24hours; 100% Cancelation fee.
1.2: Cancelation within 72hours; 30% Cancelation fee.
