All of our vehicles undergo daily maintenance and safety inspections including mandatory reporting and review by our expert Operations Managers. Our Coach Captains are required to review and report on their vehicles prior to every vehicle dispatch. Our vehicles also undergo regular and rigorous Government Inspections to ensure that they meet all requirements to ensure safety and reliability.

All drivers at Cairns Bus Charters must hold current and valid Heavy-Vehicle licences in addition to State Government mandated Drivers Authorisation. To ensure industry best practice in driver training, our drivers or Coach Captains are subjected to a rigorous and ongoing professional development program above their statutory and regulatory requirements as professional drivers. Driver training and education is a pillar of our organisation with a focus on exceptional performance as licenced operators of heavy vehicles being the key to our flawless record in the safe transport of our valued customers.

The staff at our Operations Depot run our communication hub; they co-ordinate all vehicle movements and are able to keep in contact with our Coach Captains. Our operations staff are familiar with all vehicles & equipment, safety requirements, booking specifications, road and weather conditions. They are always on hand to co-ordinate contigency plans if any road, weather or medical emergency arises.
